ISTEP + Information - March 1st - 10th

ISTEP is NEXT WEEK! The ISTEP begins March 1 and ends on March 10. Some tips to help your child do their best are:
1. Make sure they go to bed on time.
2. Have them eat breakfast.
3. Encourage them to do their best.
4. Be positive about the test.
5. If your child is on medication, make sure they are taking it regularly.

Remember, ISTEP + has changed the format from previous years. Next week they will be taking the applied skills portion of the test. This portion will have open ended questions in math, reading, and language arts. Students will be asked to write a response to a prompt. The multiple choice section on the test will be given on April 26th through May 5th.
